VINTAGE QUILTS
ModernHex from Philadelphia is doing vintage quilt upcycling like no other. What could be better than a blanket that you wear? Check out her Instagram for vests, coats, tops, pants and hats (!) made from antique quilts.

Vicky's Vintage Estate Quilts & more is your online shop for all your quilt needs. Vicky carries a mix of true antique hand-stitched quilts and modern machine-made quilts. All of incredible quality. If you're looking for a great deal on a standout piece, you'll find it here.

STERLING SILVER
Don't let the name scare you off, Pawn Shop City is the real deal. Quality items, most .925 sterling silver, at competitive prices. Although well known on the ebay market, this shop has been my best kept secret for years.

This Baltimore based shop isn't just a reseller, this is a curated collection of exquisitely made .925 sterling silver art. 925 Collection brings wearable silver art under their brand. The best part? It isn't just investment pieces. Their price points are fair and you'll find quality everyday jewelry that fits your budget.

WOODEN BOWLS
Secondhand apps have more than just clothing! Buying high-quality stylish homewares on sites like Poshmark feels like a no-brainer once you start browsing. Wooden bowls are a staple for any tablescape or to use as a catch-all around the house. Why pay top dollar at a big retailer when you can find a beautiful one-of-a-kind piece for a fraction of the price?

If it's listed on Poshmark, it's probably on Depop too. Depop tends to lean a little trendier than other resale sites. That also means the sellers are usually a bit younger. That means deals on classic more mature-looking pieces that would otherwise be marked up at an antique store!

PICTURE FRAMES
This is going to be a short one: go. to. estate sales. That is THE place to find a deal on a quality picture frame - sometimes with matting! I love to use Estatesales.net to find local estate sales run by the big companies. When those companies start get a little crazy with prices, I head over to facebook marketplace to see what my neighbors are selling.
Pro tip: Many of the best local estate or garage sales aren't posted anywhere EXCEPT facebook. Give a little search in your area before hitting the big ones!

CERAMIC TILES
Of course we're shopping on ebay for specialty ceramic tiles! Beyond the obvious of using these for your backsplash or as accent tiles in your renovation - there's a million other uses for good ceramic tiles. You can add some cork to the back and use them as a trivet or coaster, you can use them to decorate a mirror or photo frame, or you can add a magnet and use them to adorn your fridge.
When you're in the market for affordable ceramic tile suitable for the above, look to WitsEndMosaic. They have everything you need to start decorating with tile.
FABRIC SCRAPS
If you're like me, you already have a closet full of scrap fabric from previous projects. If you're normal, you may be looking for some scrap fabric to use for a small DIY or craft. Enter Estatesales.net, I know I previously recommended this but it needs to be said: the cheapest thing at any estate sale is scrap fabric. I've found antique lace for 5 cents, a yard of silk for a dollar, and so much more.
If there's no estate sales that are piquing your interest, check out your local reuse store or the craft section of your local goodwill or if you're luck enough to live near Brooklyn, NY - Fabscrap should be your first and only stop.
